The award places Vinny among a select group of 50 OnHand users who are setting the standard for environmental action. This is a well-earned acknowledgement of the everyday choices he’s made to support sustainability, and a testament to the values we hold at bigHead. ## Small changes, big impact When Vinny’s journey with OnHand began, he wasn’t sure how much he could contribute. > “Time isn’t something I can easily pledge due to family commitments. But once I saw the lifestyle pledges available, I realised small changes were achievable, and they really do make a difference.” From switching to a sustainable web browser to washing clothes at lower temperatures, Vinny has built a routine around simple actions that help our planet and community. > “These changes gave me a sense of betterment – that I’m making a difference – and I feel really good about that.” Today, those small actions are a part of Vinny’s everyday life. His commitment has not only earned him a spot on the national shortlist but also inspired others across our business. ## A human dynamo Matthew, our Managing Director, says: > “Since we started with OnHand a few years ago, it’s been no surprise to me that Vinny has led the way with his dedication to the cause, day in day out. A human dynamo.” Vinny’s recognition is part of a wider story at bigHead.
